Accreditation of medical practitioners
|
If you wish to be accredited under the MediSave and MediShield Life scheme, you must first be a doctor / dentist registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) / Singapore Dental Council (SDC).

|
Accreditation of medical institutions
|
If you wish to apply for MediSave and MediShield Life accreditation for your medical institution(s), your institution(s) / clinic(s) must meet one of the following criteria:
- Have a valid operating licence under the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act (PHMCA) / Healthcare Services Act (HCSA); or
- Applied for an operating license under the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act (PHMCA) / Healthcare Services Act (HCSA); or
- Are a service provider providing a service not licensable under the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act (PHMCA) / Healthcare Services Act (HCSA), and receiving subvention from MOH for the procedures and treatments which you are applying to make MediSave / MediShield Life claims for.
If you have not applied for a HCSA licence, please proceed with the licence application here.
Please note that if your HCSA licence application is still in progress, you will only receive MediSave and MediShield Life accreditation after your medical institution / clinic’s
HCSA licence application is approved.
You will need to attend a training for the submission of MediSave and MediShield Life claims via the online MediClaim system.
