When can my application for clinic accreditation be approved?

The processing of the application depends on your medical institution / clinic’s timeliness in submitting to Central Provident Fund Board the necessary data (e.g., CPF Terms and Conditions of approval / submission of claims, GIRO form for deduction of transaction costs, Direct Credit Authorisation Form for MediSave and MediShield Life monies to be credited).
You will also need to fulfil the following conditions:
- Hold a valid operating licence under the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act (PHMCA) / Healthcare Services Act (HCSA) to carry out the procedures and treatments to be claimed for MediSave and MediShield Life or are a service provider providing a service not licensable under the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act (PHMCA) / Healthcare Services Act (HCSA), and receiving subvention from MOH for the procedures and treatments which you are applying to make MediSave and MediShield Life claims for.
- Fulfil the e-learning requirements as required by MOH, Central Provident Fund Board on the claims submission system.
