National Platform for Healthcare Claims

The National Platform for Healthcare Claims (NPHC) is a MediShield Life and MediSave claim system that combines the functionalities of CPFB’s claim processing systems, MediClaim, and the current online portal.

The online portal provides a way for healthcare institutions to submit claims via a web browser, and provide supporting documents to expedite claim processing. It also allowed MediSave and MediShield Life accredited Medical Institutions (MIs) to check CPF members’ MediSave and MediShield Life information for the purpose of financial counselling.

If your MI possesses Corppass Accounts, is MediSave and MediShield Life accredited, and does not use, or intend to use, the MOH Healthcare Claims Portal (MHCP) for claim submission, you may apply for access to NPHC at https://go.gov.sg/nphc-account.

If your MI already has access to NPHC, and you would like access as an employee, please approach your MIs’ NPHC sub-administrator for assistance.

In Corppass Portal, your organisation Corppass Admin will need to add your Singpass account and grant you access to NPHC digital service; and

In NPHC Online Portal, the NPHC sub-admin will need to create a user account and assign you with the relevant roles using the User Access Management function.

Use of NPHC is subject to terms and conditions as set out in the Terms and Conditions of Approval under the MediSave and MediShield Life schemes. MOH and CPF Board reserve the right to suspend or revoke a MI’s access to NPHC in the event of non-compliance.
